SNAP 7 — SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

By signing below, I ("the Artist") authorize SNAP 7, operated by Blue Flames INC ("the Service"), to post content on my behalf to the social media platforms I connect to this account, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, and Mastodon.

I understand and agree that:
1. SNAP 7 will only post content that I create, approve, or generate using the SNAP 7 platform tools.
2. I am solely responsible for all content posted through my account, including copyright, accuracy, and compliance with each platform's terms of service.
3. SNAP 7 is not responsible for the removal, suppression, or penalization of content by any third-party platform.
4. I may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting my platforms in Settings or by deleting my account.
5. My platform credentials and access tokens are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.
6. SNAP 7 may be used to schedule and publish posts automatically at times I select. I am responsible for reviewing scheduled content before it goes live.
7. This authorization remains valid for the duration of my active SNAP 7 subscription.

By typing my name below and checking the box, I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to this Posting Authorization Agreement. This constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.

📥 How to get your file from Meta (takes Meta a few minutes to a day)
  1. In Facebook or Instagram, open Accounts Center → look for Your information and permissions → Download your information.
  2. Pick the account(s), then choose to select specific types of information.
  3. Tick only Posts (Instagram may call it Content). Leave Messages and everything else unticked — smaller file, faster, more private.
  4. Format: JSON (not HTML). Media quality: Low. Date range: whatever you like.
  5. When Meta emails you, download the .zip and pick it below. You don't need to unzip it.
Meta moves these menus around now and then — the names may be slightly different.

⚠️ Before You Connect — Read This
Instagram only allows SNAP 7 to post to Professional accounts (Creator or Business). Personal accounts cannot be posted to — this is a Meta rule that applies to all scheduling apps.

You need TWO things:
1. Switch your Instagram to a Creator or Business account
2. Link your Instagram to a Facebook Page you manage
Step 1 — Switch to Professional Account
  1. Open Instagram → tap your Profile
  2. Tap ☰ Menu → Settings and Privacy
  3. Tap Account type and tools
  4. Tap Switch to Professional Account
  5. Choose Creator or Business → follow the prompts
Step 2 — Link to Your Facebook Page
  1. Go to your Facebook Page (not personal profile)
  2. Tap Settings → Linked Accounts
  3. Tap Instagram → Connect Account
  4. Log in to your Instagram account
  5. Tap Authorize
✅ Once both steps are done, click the button below and Instagram will connect automatically.
