Terms of Service — Last updated: October 5, 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SNAP 7, a social media management tool operated by Bradley Forsyth, doing business as SNAPPS Apps (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) ("we", "us", or "our"), available at snap7.netlify.app.

By creating an account or using SNAP 7, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What SNAP 7 Does

SNAP 7 lets you connect your own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky and Mastodon) and post or schedule content to them from a single dashboard. You control what gets posted — SNAP 7 acts on your explicit instructions, given in the app or through an AI assistant you have connected and asked to post, and does not post on your behalf without your direct action.

2. Your Account

3. Connecting Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a platform (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), you authorize SNAP 7 to access that platform's API on your behalf, using the permissions you explicitly grant during that platform's own authorization flow. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your SNAP 7 settings, which revokes SNAP 7's access going forward.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service. SNAP 7 is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.

Connected AI assistants (such as Muse)

You may connect SNAP 7 to an AI assistant, such as Meta's Muse, and ask it to create, schedule or cancel posts for you. Anything the assistant posts at your request is treated as if you posted it in SNAP 7 yourself: it follows these Terms and counts toward your plan's limits. Check what the assistant proposes before you approve it. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in SNAP 7 under Settings → AI Assistant (Muse). Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's own terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SNAP 7 to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse and exploitation material

Uploading, posting or sharing child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or any content that sexualizes a minor, is strictly prohibited. We keep a record of every upload (account, time, device and network address, and a file fingerprint). When we become aware of such material we will immediately stop it from being posted, pause the account, preserve the material and related records, and report it to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) and to law enforcement as required by law. We cooperate fully with law-enforcement requests.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or post through SNAP 7. We do not claim ownership over your captions, images, video, or other media. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to post.

6. Service Availability

SNAP 7 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for posting failures caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, or rate limits outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bradley Forsyth and SNAPPS Apps are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SNAP 7, including lost engagement, lost revenue, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SNAP 7 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
